Greetings,

We are here in this time and we would say to each and every one of you thank you.  Thank you for the healing, thank you for the uplifting of your voices. (The group was toning prior to their arrival)   What happens on our side is phenomenal when you make this joyful sound from this side.  It is with great and loving understanding that we come this evening to say to each and every one of you that it is a job well done.  Not only is it a job well done it is sterling in fact.

It is in a sense that which each of you is doing and is accomplishing, that we wish to address this evening.  It is to know that as this subtle resonance begins to happen more and more in your day-to-day lives you will begin to see more and more what we have been speaking about for the last several years coming into your sphere of influence and into your understanding.

It is also to know that there will be a time this week where you will be able to think of a frequency and clear up this type of scenario within this physical body.  There is no need for illness any longer.  You are vibrating high enough.  You can hold this energy long enough.  You can manifest easy enough with your intention and choice to change the course of a river even if you chose.  Now we do not suggest you go out and try changing a river but we would say to you with enough intention and choice it could be done in short order.  But do this for the self.

Begin to let yourself receive that which is your power, not a thing that we bestow upon you.  This is a thing you have worked for, have learned and earned.  And learning and earning do not always go together.  Learning is a thing that many of you go through and replicate many, many, many times.  The earning is that you need not replicate it again and again.  And you have learned and earned this power.  Utilize it.  It is yours.  It is a timely thing to have here.  It is not about parlor tricks.  It is not about showing others what you can do.  It is about showing you what you can do.  So be not shy.  Open your arms to receive this.  Literally, physically, mentally emotionally, spiritually.

This part of the spiritual self is landing and it is landing in your airport, your personal airport.  How would you welcome a diplomat from another country in your airport?  We would roll out the red carpet.  Yes and you would receive him or her.  Do that with this energy.  Do that with this power.  It is yours.  You have earned it and you learned it and it is time now.

Now, we will tell you that there will be those who will want to tell you this was not what it appeared to be.  This could not possibly be what it appears to be because that is what it truly is.  And their consciousness does not have it in it yet to do that for themselves.  Remember that highest vibrating molecule and atom attract all the rest of the atoms and molecules?  That is what you are at this point and it is a job more than well done.

It is not so much about just manifesting a rose; it is about manifesting for yourselves in your lives that which is necessary for you.  Do you understand the difference between those two?

The clearance level that we have to give you as far as information this evening has to do with the blue ray.  Now when we say the blue ray do not become enamored with what that absolutely means and go to your books to look up the blue ray.  What we will tell you is the blue ray is what most of this sometimes scientific, sometimes creative energy comes in on and vibrates in because the matrix of blue has within it the ability to expand when you reach a certain level of consciousness.  Now that said that is just so much information but scientifically it will be proven that the red ray that is used for your rays now to operate with have a different matrix than the blue ray.  Doctors know how to use the red ray.  They know how to work with that but it takes doctors such as yourselves to work with this blue ray. 

Now, the magnetic field of the blue ray is like one of those puzzles that folds up into a ball and when it stretches out it is this big globe.  You have seen it at your stores.  (This is a toy globe that expands for play and contracts for storage.) That is what the blue ray has the ability to do.  Now the scientists that perfected that ball came in on the blue ray and understands that matrix.  This matrix as you grow and manifest more readily will do the same thing and become a ball. 

Now what that means is that more and more can be downloaded then the larger your ball becomes.  That does not happen on the red ray or the green ray, only on the blue ray.  It is an expansive type of ray because of this.  Now, the violet ray contains all of the other rays together.  Now within the violet ray this phenomenon exists as well.  It is not as well known how it works because not everyone understands the matrixs of the colors except those of you who work with color and who work with certain sacred geometry and symbols.  They also are included within this matrix.

Now the knowledge that comes in on the sacred geometry is held within the blue ray in the matrix that pops open and expands itself.  Its consciousness is, so to speak, for you to utilize and work with.  Now that is what each of you works with whether you are scientist or creative.

It does not matter which side of the brain you use.  This is an energy that is yours and it is popping open for all of you.  You have been this ball working with the matrix.  Now the matrix is going to expand.  Now some of you have had this understanding of what that expansion means.  You will have access to others thoughts, to your own, to ours and to everything that works within this matrix which is pretty much everything that works within the earthly dimension. 

We will go into greater detail about the colors later but let us focus for this purpose this evening on the blue ray.

Within the blue ray is serenity, obviously.  There is health within the blue ray.  There is consciousness clarity within the blue ray.  Now all of those things are what all of you will be working with.  Tell this body I wear, this illness came about so that she could work with the expanded part of the blue ray.  She will not be happy about this but she is also learning that - how to make her personal note and think the frequency and it will clear this up.  It is 333 megahertz.  She is to think that when she tones her personal note.  That is what will be like, what is termed in your dimension, the Rife machine that will clear this up.  Make copious notes all of you as you experiment with these frequencies.

Q. What’s the frequency for thin?  The frequency for thin is to focus on thin and see it as done.  Yours will also expand to meet that as well.  Not your body but the matrix will open for you.

Now the matrix is very literal in one sense.  What you focus upon when the matrix is expanded is what will come to pass.  So when you know you are working within the expanded part of the blue matrix of the blue ray, be sure to focus totally and completely on that which you would choose.  If you have a fear thought do not panic just continue to shift your focus.  It is like, “who has the biggest gun?”  The clearest focus.  This fear cannot shoot around if this focus is kept where you choose even if you wander over here to see what is happening you still come back to here.

Now it is not so much a timing factor of the 17 to 21 seconds, (this is an approximate time of focus to shift anything in the moment.) now it is about instantaneous manifestation.

• Since you told us not to, I will go ahead and go there.  Is this the first ray?  No.  It is the fifth ray.  We chose this one since it is the one that each of you is working with now since you have moved into this.  Tell this body I wear this:  that is why each class has been so totally separate and different because each of you is working with a different ray for a specific reason. Each of you here has worked with the ray many, many lifetimes.  You have much knowledge that is stored about this.  Manifestation is one of the easiest things you have ever done in the lifetimes where you nailed this so to speak.  And it will be so again.

Q.  How do you know if you are in an expanded state with this ray?  You will feel it.  You will know by your thinking process.  You will feel a little lifted in your consciousness.  Not totally lightheaded, but lifted.  Many of you have been similarly dizzy this last week have you not?  At different times.  It lasts for a very short period of time.  That was an expanded time.

Q.  Was it kind of like what I was feeling when we were toning?  Yes, a lifted feeling sometimes.

Q.  Is the 333 megahertz that you were talking about generally going to clear up congestion for all of us.  Yes.  There are others but this is the one to work with for the time being.  Would that megahertz clear up the congestion that I have been having?  Yes.

Q.  All we need to do is just focus on those frequencies?  Yes as you tone.  That is the instant manifestation.

You will learn how to manifest other things but begin with this.  And you have been manifesting quite well, all of you.  Tell not yourself any longer that you are this or you are that.  Know that who you are is stepping forward. 

Q.  That is why the energies have been up about the stories we tell ourselves?  Yes.

Now you will notice a change and shift in your vision.  One day it will be clear the next day a little groggy and in the next moment it will be clear again.  You are moving towards that place where it is clear all the time.

Remember as this expanded matrix begins to work all of the senses from the other side will be intensified to the five that are here.  So your sense of touch, hearing, sight, smell, taste are all going to be heightened. 

Q.  Is the reason that I have been having problems with my eyes because of my heightened sense of vision?  Yes.  And so should I not use that stuff on it then?  You may use it but it is not the stuff that will heal it.  So what should I do?  Toning with the frequency of 345.  That makes sense because all of sudden I am seeing all of these really neat things and then my eyes started bothering me.  Yes.

Q.  There seems to be a magical quality to Saturday night beyond what I set my intention for, is that part of this expansion?  That is exactly what can happen.  When you set your intention and choice and you are focused there just long enough it can exceed even your own expectations.  It is a joy, a joyful space.  I am sure you helped.  We watched you do things.  Spreading of the wings for all of you is good.

And you with the list, we will answer your questions now.

Q.  I have been having some physical sensations that I would like clarified one of which was a very sharp pain during the last week in my right ear.  Can you tell me about this?  There is a clearing of that area.  There has been congestion in this area and as you work with that area this is being dissipated from the inside so you will not have to detox what is being removed.  But what you are feeling in this ear is the vibration of that being cleared.  It has a frequency and as that frequency clears things your ear is picking up that sound of it, the vibration of it.  It will be short lived.  Well it has been there for quite sometime.  It is a thing that as it expands and then comes back to the ball that you notice when it is shut back down again.  So it is going to clear?  Yes.

Then I have got this throat thing that has been going on since I got sick back in August that I don’t know if it is physical or not.  Is it physical?  It is a physical thing but it is directly related to a non-physical movement of energy in this area.  The throat chakra is being re-routed so to speak in certain areas so that it can work with this expanded part of it.  Using the voice box will help with the pressure in this area.  Usually if I chant it hurts worse for a while.  For a while and then it is better.  Yes.  Your megahertz is 654 for this area.  For the throat?  Yes.

Q.  Since we are talking about frequencies tonight, what would be the frequency to clear my head?  333 will be the first one to work with for this week for this.  And why do I always feel everything in my head?  It is just where you process.  Because I do everything mentally?  Yes it is much more comfortable for you there.

Q.  Then what is the thing that I have been noticing again quite strongly with that caterpillar crawly thing in my back?  This is literally a rewiring and rewebbing around the back part of the heart chakra, it is between your kidneys and the heart.  And the purpose for that webbing?  That webbing was there from a lifetime in a different dimension that does not work well here and it is being removed.  It is like when you go to the dentist and they put in a certain type of apparatus and it stays with you and it would not necessarily apply if you did not have teeth in the next life.  So this does not apply here for this organic body.

Q.  Can I assume that to clear my head is also 333?  Yes.  Tone your notes and think 333.

Q.  Is this something that I can share with someone else to help them heal their foot?  Not just yet.  She is making her progression, she is almost at the end I can tell you that.  She is making it towards the end but you can tell her this, “to see her foot as healed rather than needing to be healed.”  See it as done; she is a master at this.  She has had a hard time with the pain of this as of late and also moving forward to making her own money.  But to see it as healed, to put her focus there.

Q.  A couple of weeks ago you said that we were engineered.  What did that mean?  The organic form has had several upgrades and they are engineered upgrades.  The consciousness level has reached a very high zenith only to be taken over and to be rearranged by others who wanted to work in this dimension and had - basically what each of you is learning to use right now - the ability to work within the blue ray.  And inside of that scientifically they had rearranged some of the DNA.  That DNA has been engineered down and it is now engineering back up to where it originally was.  You are talking about in the past.  Not this lifetime.  In the past, not all in this lifetime, no.  But you come from a genetic gene pool that has those memories that follow it. 

Q.  Is this from the Sitchen material?  Yes, his material is 78% correct.  Some of it is summation and deduction; some of it is bare truth.  So when we read his material or for me when I go back and reread it, that’s what the truth…  And you know what vibrates, what feels appropriate.

Q.  Can I have some clarification about a lot of information that is coming out right now?  Something you said about the entities?  Yes.  I want to clarify that you are talking about two different types of entities?  When you were speaking a couple of weeks ago about the beings that were coming to someone in our group, those were newly incarnating entities?  Yes.  And then you also talked about entities that were coming within the dimensions that are totally different from that?  Yes.  Do the entities that reside in the other dimensions, do they have to come in through a human being to come here?  Not always.  It depends on their level of achievement and their ability to create matter, to vibrate matter into form.  So they have to come in and get a physical body?  It is very easy for them to come in through the birth process because you only start with one cell and that division is much a physics phenomenon that takes place.  It is done with direction so your body looks the way you choose it to look.  But if you come in and start without a single cell you can build matter but it takes a different type of learning than many of the beings that are incarnating here now have.

Q.  Now when you said incarnating here now, are you talking about the souls who are coming here for the purpose of incarnating or the beings that are just coming here through the dimensional merging?  Yes.  Both?  Yes.  Well I would have thought the ones coming here through the dimensional merging would just stay non-physical.  They will be non-physical if they cannot create a physical form.  If they can create an organic form, a body, they will do so.  Otherwise they will hang around an organic form.  Are those the entities part of the entities that we as a group cloak from?  Yes.  It is not so much from them.  But it is not to confuse them and not to interrupt your flow is the only reason for this.

Q.  So dimensional beings and aspects of our expanded self, are they different or sometimes the same?  They are different sometimes and sometimes they are part of the self.

Q.  What would this sentence mean, “Carrying aspects of your expanded self to be sponsored as energetic travelers through the gate into Oneness?”  What it is talking about is that aspects of ourselves coming to each of us to be sponsored into this dimension.  What is that about?  A type of soul retrieval.  The Oneness is about bringing all aspects into the one consciousness.  So do they merge into our auric field or do they just come through us to get into this dimension?  They come through you and through the auric field.  The auric field holds the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and that blending is not so much an organic type of blending as an energetic.  So they totally blend within the being?  Yes.  They will vibrate in at the rate they are received without interrupting the natural flow of the being that is in organic form.  A lot of those vibrate at a much lower level than what we are vibrating.  Yes.  And if they cannot upgrade they are sent back to work until that upgrade is made available for them.

Q.  And then does that relate to, when you talk about toning and healing those on the other side, does that have any relation?  Yes.  Raising the vibration.  Yes, that vibration is what helps to heal the soul fragments that are trying to merge as well as others who have incarnated with you at times, vibrated with you at times, soul members of your family from this lifetime, all of those that are connected with you in some way vibrationally and physically as an organic form are healed from this side with you making sound.  When that happens do they go off to their respective purposes?  It is like a major computer program that says okay, this one is vibrating high enough to vibrate here.  This one is vibrating high enough to reside here.  When those forms become One and can merge with the one that is vibrating here, then that comes together.  So many are finding different vibrating forms that are all part of the matrix that is you. (I –Carol - would like to add at this part that what is being discussed here is the oncoming abilities all of us will receive from our soul group and from other lifetimes when we accomplished many different tasks of manifestation or healing etc.  We are going to be remembering how to do those things in this lifetime as well.)

 The different soul aspects?  Yes.  When they reach criteria that will not interrupt the organic form they are downloaded and integrated.  And that is what we are telling you that each of you are vibrating at a rate that many who have been doing their work are now ready to vibrate with you and bring you the work that they have done to this consciousness in this organic form and everything that has been accomplished.

Q.  So is this what Uspenski talks about, the multiple I’s?  Yes.  And so is that a phase of achieving that state of God Consciousness all the time like Gurumaya lives in?  Yes.

Q.  So these aspects as you say they could be connected with you in any way it doesn’t necessarily matter, it could be someone who has been with you in the past or whatever but if they vibrate at the same frequency that you do then they could merge with you even if they are not an aspect of you – well I guess they are all aspects of your soul… And bringing knowledge that that one has learned. 

Q.  Is that also the piece that you were talking about when you said, “You can also receive help from three levels of us?”  Yes.  See, when you become a form that is the only criteria that must be adhered to.  Where beyond the seventh level it is the formless.  So many from the higher levels, we use that only so that you will understand that it is beyond the seventh, have to come in to learn about form come in to bring this knowledge to you because you are still in form.  So we are all learning together?  Yes.

Q. And is that what you were talking about last week when you said the magnetic field upgrade – you will then look like we do?  Yes.

Q.  So those of you who come to talk to us like this are among the formless?  Sometimes. 

• I have had several occurrences and I don’t know whether it is related to this or not, but where I can feel an energy come into my body.  It is sort of a tingling and then several times it will come in very forceful and I literally go black for that few seconds as it seats or whatever.  What is that?  It literally can take my breath away and I just blank out for a second.  It is a very powerful energy that comes through.  We would say to you that this is like one of the ‘big guns’ coming home.  That is what I thought it was.

Q.  So what you said earlier about focusing on the vibration, the healing, we are just nanoseconds away from manifesting instantly?  You are already manifesting instantaneously.  But yes, more readily than you have ever done before.  That was so much more definite as far as a time frame than you have ever given us.  Yes, it is not so much about what we can give you it is about what you are doing.  Well, your perception of where we are.  You give us way too much credit sometimes.  But you give us such good information.  And you receive such good information; you just do not trust it.  We are learning.  As all of us are.  We just happen to not have a form that can be impacted by a decision that is made.  Lucky you.  And we notice that sometimes.  We listen when you tell us, we understand.

Q.  What was the deal with the dog running off?  It was a test of love was all.  Well she was about to lose her home.  Was she testing me?  Yes.  Because I have been so distracted lately?  Yes. 

As each of you begins to move into these next few days notice that you will be feeling and understanding these things long before they take place.  Some of you will feel that it is a burden; a burden of truth sometimes but it is never a burden.  Understand that precognitive understanding of your life is your gift to you so that if you see a thing coming that you are not totally accepting of you can reshift and rechoose and intend and shift it instantaneously.  That is what your precognitive thoughts will be.  What would you choose?  How would you choose for that to be?  Is it connected to your finances?  Is it connected to your employment?  Is it connected to your joy?  So when you have a precognitive in these next few days it is just telling you this is the road sign and this is where you are.  It is ¾ of a mile and you can still switch lanes if you choose or you can go ahead and get in that lane and exit right away.

Play with this.  No matter what decisions you make always include joy.  It is about the joy piece that cannot be taken away from you at this point.  There are many who want you to not be in joy.  It cannot happen.  The more joy you have the more it shifts you.  And we will leave you at this time.  Go in love.
